The Metrass Building project consisted of the rehabilitation of an existing building, with the conversion of the ground floor into commercial space and the addition of four new residential floors, as well as two basement levels for parking.
Set within a consolidated urban frontage in Campo de Ourique, between buildings from different periods, the project seeks a balanced integration into the existing urban fabric, adopting a sober and contemporary architectural language. The main façade, facing Rua Francisco Metrass, is organized according to a regular rhythm and prioritizes natural light, benefiting from its visual relationship with the garden opposite. The building includes different residential typologies across all floors, combining spatial quality, private outdoor spaces, and integrated parking.
