The proposal includes the full rehabilitation of the interiors and the preservation of the façade of the 19th-century building, retaining its original stonework, cornices, and volumetry. From this element, a new volume is developed through new construction, ensuring a homogeneous reading of the ensemble while clearly distinguishing between the pre-existing building and the contemporary intervention. The program is organized around classrooms, lecture halls, and support spaces, complemented by the requalification of the shared campus courtyard, which plays a structuring role in connecting the buildings and supporting academic life.
