The studio was invited to participate in the redesign of an architectural project previously approved by the Lisbon Municipality, with the aim of developing a proposal suited to a high-end residential program. Located on a privileged site next to the Centro Cultural de Belém, the project seeks to enhance the relationship with its urban surroundings and proximity to the river, adopting lioz stone as the central material of the proposal.

The building is developed over eight floors above ground, with the ground floor dedicated to two commercial and restaurant units and the remaining seven floors allocated to residential use, complemented by two underground levels for parking. The composition of the façades introduces more organic forms, namely through the use of arches and large openings that bring rhythm and depth to the ensemble. The program includes 19 residential units, distributed across T3, T4, and T5 typologies, all with outdoor living spaces, reinforcing the relationship between interior and exterior and the quality of living.
